Bahan A :

6 butir kutel
50 cc susu cair fullcream
60 cc jus markisa
50 cc minyak goreng
135 gr tepung kunci
30 gr gula pasir

Bahan B :

6 butir putel
110 gr gulpas
1/4 sdt garam

Cara membuat:

Bahan A

Kocok kutel, gula sampai brubah warna dgn whisk...msukkan sisa bahan...aduk rata sampai menjadi pasta yang licin , sisihkan.

Bahan B

Kocok putel, garam sampai berbusa, maskkan gulpas scr bertahap sambil terus dimixer sampai kembang stiff peak
Masukkan bahan B bertahap ke bahan A sambil diaduk lipat dengan spatula sampai homogen
Tuang dalam loyang chiffon tanpa dioles
Panggang 60 mnt suhu 180° sampai matang...balikkan loyang...tangkupkan ke botol...tunggu sampai dingin baru dipotong
