Meu dia de trabalho hoje foi a transformação de uma máquina de costura interlock marca ZOJE modelo ZJ 757A numa Overlock.

Procedimentos:

Troca de pé calcador
Troca da bitola da agulha
Troca dos suportes das facas inferior e superior
retirada do looper e suporte do ponto corrente
Troca do abridor de laçada
Substituição do protetor de agulha quebrado.
Troca da chapa da agulha
Troca das serrilhas frente e trás
Retirada do coração e passa fios
Retirada de tensor
Regulagem loopers
Regulagem da aproximação do protetor e abridor laçada
Troca e retificação da chapa da porta frontal.

Teste de costura: OK
