On this occasion I will provide information especially for myself and for friends who are in steemi, about how our ethics in cough / sneeze, And brought this I have explained some ethics in cough / sneeze.
And here is the ethical procedure in coughing / sneezing :
• Cover your nose and mouth using a tissue / handkerchief or with your shirt. not by using your hands when coughing / sneezing.
• Immediately dispose of disposable tissue to wear in the trash.
• Handwash by using clean water or soap or alcohol-based hand washing.
• Use a mask when a cough / flu does not throw spit or sputum in vain place.
And one way to avoid cough disease by not smoking @rauljr.
