Donut syrup white sugar

Ingredients
250 gr wheat flour
1 egg
6 gr fermipan
1 tbsp margarine
2 tablespoons milk powder
2 tablespoons of refined sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
100 ml of warm water / adjust with dough

Step
Combine warm water with milk powder and fermipan, let stand for 5 minutes until bubbly

Combine wheat flour, eggs, salt, 2 tablespoons of refined sugar, margarine

Then give warm water which has been mixed with milk and fermipan

Knead until smooth (not sticky in hand)

Then cover with cloth and let stand for 60 minutes

After that kempeskan dough and form round and let stand for 15 minutes

Lubangi the middle and fry with medium heat until browned

Drain and guling2kan on refined sugar (the amount according to taste aja)

Ready to be served
