My Sweet Obsession #3 | Mango-Graham Ice Cream Roll

Hello steemians out there!
Here I am again, this is the new trending ice cream that's why i give it a try. Let's start!

Ingredients:

• 2 All Purpose Cream (250mL each), chilled overnight
• 1 Jersey Mango Flavored Condensed Milk (390mL)
• 1 Crushed Graham
• 1 meduim size Ripe Mango, diced

• 3-4 pieces Ice bag
• Foil for wrapping

Procedure

1. Beat the chilled all purpose cream until it doubles then add the chilled condensed milk, beat until well blended.
2. Add diced ripe mango.
3. Cut the closed end of ice bag and tie it.
4. Put the mixture into the ice bag about 3/4 of the ice bag so you have the space to tie the end. Do it for the remaining mixture.
5. Freeze it overnight.
   6.Get it from the fridge, cut one tie and roll it over the crushed grahams.
6. Cut the foil at least 8-10 inches long, wrap the ice cream roll and freeze it again for at least 15 minutes or more.
   
7. Unwrap it and slice it, enjoy!
