Hello esteemians! I'm finally back after a long long break.
I made this cupcakes until dawn because i'm all alone doing it.
I just wanna share how i made my frosting, it is called CBC (Condensed ButterCream). Here's the recipe:

Materials needed:
•Piping bag
•1M or 2D piping tip
•2 mixing bowls
•Stand mixer/electric hand mixer
Let's get started!
- First, cut the butter into cubes then put it into the mixing bowl. Start mixing from slow-medium until it turns to pale color.
- Gradually add half of the chilled condensed while continuous mixing. Mix it in 1-2 minutes then add the remaining half of the condensed milk. Mix it to high speed for at least a minute or until stiff peak.
- Add vanila (optional) then mix it in slow speed for 30 seconds.
- Divide the buttercream into two, the other one will be sky blue. Get a toothpick, dip it into the color gel the dip it into the half buttercream. Add color gel if needed, beat it until color is welll blended.
- Get your piping bag, insert your piping tip (i'm using silicon piping bag, no need to cut the tip). Fold the silicon outward. Put the colored condensed buttercream on left side inside the piping bag, and the uncolored one to the other side.
- Shake off the piping bag so the icing will do down ang prevent air bubbles inside. Carefully close the piping bag by twisting it using your hand and start piping.
