Materials :-
Mixing of lentil, mung, gram and matar dal - one cup, rice - one cup, ghee - two table spoons, whole dry chilli - two, whole mustard - one teaspoon, cumin - one teaspoon, green chilli - three or four Serve hot, turmeric and powdered pepper - half a teaspoon, tomato coconut - a pressure, salt - taste, water - according to quantity.
Prepared procedures: -
Mix four types of pulses and wash them well with a cup of quantity. Keep in mind that the ratio of all pulses is the same. Now twenty minutes of pulse mixture should be soaked in water so that it becomes easily cooked with rice.
Heat the ghee in the pressure cooker and fry one red chilli, whole mustard, cumin and chopped chili. When the color starts to change, chop a cup in it and keep aside for a few minutes with a tomato cut.
Give it a sweet taste. Then add turmeric powder and dried pepper powder to it. Take a few minutes before adding it and mix it well with a cup of rice kept in the water.
Add water to the water and add four to five cups of water. Apply the lid of the pressure cooker and wait for two whistles on medium heat.
