Klepon Ungu Isi Keju

Bahan:

2 ubi ungu ukuran sedang
1/4 butir kelapa parut
1 sdm tepung tapioka
50 gram keju
1 sdm garam
1 lembar daun pandan

Cara Membuat:

  1. Kupas ubi ungu dan bersihkan.
  2. Kukus sampai matang setelah itu haluskan.
  3. Masukkan tepung tapioka dan uleni sampai adonan kalis.
  4. Jika adonan kurang kalis tambahkan air.
  5. Potong-potong keju jadi kecil.
  6. Bentuk adonan dan pipihkan, masukkan isian keju dan bulatkan adonan.
  7. Lakukan sampai semua adonan habis.
  8. Panaskan air dan rebus klepon sampai mengapung.Tiriskan.
  9. Kukus parutan kelapa yang sudah dicampur garam dan pandan selama kurang lebih 10 menit.
    Sajikan klepon dengan kelapa.
