Pagi ini aku ingin membuat postingan tentang makanan yang bergizi dan cocok untuk sarapan. Nikmat disantap selagi masih hangat. Bubur kacang hijau adalah salah satu makanan kesukaanku tetapi sayangnya aku lebih suka beli jadi daripada memasaknya karena lama matangnya keburu lapar perutku.๐ Alhamdulillah bubur kacang hijau yang aku beli adalah bubur kacang hijau yang dimasak dengan baik dan bersih serta enak.
Semangkuk bubur kacang hijau panas ini aku beli di rumah makan Kedai Betawi sebulan yang lalu. Hahaha.... Sudah basi baru di-posting , tak apalah yang penting original.
Kedai Betawi adalah tempat makan yang nyaman berlokasi di kawasan Puncak, Cipanas, propinsi Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Kedai Betawi menyediakan bermacam-macam pilihan menu makanan. Di antaranya : Aneka macam bubur, seperti bubur ayam, bubur kacang hijau, bubur jali-jali dan lain-lain. Tersedia juga menu nasi goreng, nasi uduk, soto Betawi, iga sapi bakar dan masih banyak lagi menu yang ditawarkan.
Harga menu makanan di sini mulai dari Rp 12.000 -an. Sesuai dengan rasanya yang enak dan tempatnya yang bersih dan nyaman.
Oh iya sahabat Steemian jika ingin membuat sendiri bubur kacang hijau, ini dia resepnya :
- 1/4 kg kacang hijau yang sudah dicuci, direndam selama kurang lebih 6 jam
- 250 gram gula merah atau sesuai selera
- santan kelapa dari setengah butir kelapa
- satu ruas jahe,kupas, cuci dan memarkan atau potong-potong
-2 lembar daun pandan, cuci - Garam secukupnya
Cara membuatnya :
- Rebus kacang hijau yang sudah direndam, jahe dan daun pandan sampai setengah matang.
- Masukkan garam dan gula merah, aduk rata sampai gula merah larut.
- Masukkan santan, aduk rata.
- Masak sampai butiran kacang hijau hancur menjadi bubur, aduk terus jangan sampai santan pecah.Cicipi.
- Matikan kompor. Angkat panci, tuang ke dalam mangkuk.
- Hidangkan bubur kacang hijau selagi hangat.

Mung bean porridge is one of my favorite foods but unfortunately I prefer to buy so than cooking because of the long ripe rush of my stomach. Alhamdulillah mung bean porridge that I buy is a mung bean porridge that is cooked well and clean and tasty.
A bowl of hot mung bean porridge I bought at "Kedai Betawi" restaurant a month ago. Hahaha .... It's stale newly posted, not what's important original.
"Kedai Betawi" is a cozy place to eat located in Puncak, Cipanas, West Java province, Indonesia. "Kedai Betawi" provides a wide selection of food menu. Among them: Various kinds of porridge, such as chicken porridge, mung bean porridge, porridge jali-jali and others. There is also a menu of fried rice, uduk rice, soto Betawi, beef ribs roasted and many more menus offered.
The price of the food menu here starts from twelve thousand Rupiahs In accordance with the taste of a nice and clean place and comfortable.
Oh yes Steemian friend if you want to make your own mung bean porridge, this is the recipe:
1/4 kg of washed green beans, soaked for approximately 6 hours
250 grams of brown sugar or to taste
coconut milk from half a coconut
one segment of ginger, peeled, washed and crushed or cut into pieces
2 pandan leaves, wash
Salt to taste
How to make :
- Boil mung beans that have been soaked, ginger and pandan leaves until half cooked.
- Add salt and brown sugar, stir well until brown sugar dissolves.
- Enter the coconut milk, stir well.
- Cook until the beans are destroyed. Stir constantly not until coconut milk broke. Taste.
- Turn off the stove, lift the pan. Pour the mung bean porridge into the bowl.
- Serve while it's warm
