Roasted Eggplant
Ingredients
1 purple eggplant
1 white eggplant
1 green eggplant
Teri medan, fried dry
the taste of green cayenne pepper,
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon of chilli powder (my village balado spice) - extra from me
to taste Salt
30 ml coconut milk
enough water
Ground spices :
6 onion cloves
2 cloves of garlic
2 additions from me
1/2 tsp shrimp paste
8 curly red chili
12 red cayenne peppers
A little turmeric
3 red onion cloves, rough snakes
Step
Burn the eggplant until cooked, set aside
Sauté the spices, leave the leaves until fragrant then add the crunchy red onion and green cayenne
Add salt, coconut milk and enough water
Arrange the roasted eggplant in a container, flush with the crackling sauce and sprinkle with anchovies. Enjoooyy
