Some of the Muslims at this time there is a question, why Muslims are not being forgiving at the present moment as before?

once the prophet was insulted, abused, thrown with a stone but he forgave those who apply so to him, but now we see Muslims hard to forgive the wrong people.

The answer to that question:
forgiveness is indeed the morality of the Messenger of Allah, whatever is directed to him from the ugliness of others and even abuse even, he sikapi with full forgiveness.

Among the amazing stories that come to us from the forgiveness of the Messenger of Allah is the story of dakwah to Ta'if.

Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) told Aisha that what he found in Ta'if was a very difficult thing he faced as the war of Uhud to the point that the angel of Jibril offered that the mountain angel befall mountains to the people of Ta'f because of their deeds to the prophet but the ProphetMuhammad even forgave them and prayed for their good. But is it always like that attitude of the Prophet Muhammad SAW?

In sirah we will find that the Messenger of Allah (saws) sent some people to various state leaders to preach to them.

among the messengers some were sent to the Persian Kisra, but when the kisra read the letter sent to him then the kisra then tore up the letter.

the question that arises in us, what will the Prophet of Allah do when he gets the breaking news?

.if we use the method of forgiveness then we will find the Messenger of Allah will forgive the Persian kisra because only a letter is torn down and no Muslim is insulted or al-Quran is being harassed.

but the opposite happened, the Prophet was very angry with the news and he prayed:

اللهم مزق ملكه

Meaning: "O Allah, destroy and divide power"

Allah granted the prayer of the Prophet, during the reign of Umar ibn al-Khattab all the territories which had been under the rule of the Persian kisra, none of which has been left behind is out of their power.

** What distinguishes between the two stories above? **

the answer is in hadith Aisha r.a:

والله ما انتقم لنفسه في شيء يؤتى إليه قط, حتى تنتهك حرمات الله, فينتقم لله

means: * "By Allah, Allah's Messenger Muhammad replied to something that is directed to him except when the honor of Allah's religion is violated then he is angry solely for Allah" * (Narrated al-Bukhari).

open the apostle sirah sheet then we will find forgiveness given by the Apostle for something related to him, good insults, reproaches, stone throwing and so on, but when it comes to religious honor then he taught us to show anger in orderno one has tried to be arbitrary against this religion.-> Another story we will find on the Jewish story of the Qainuqa, known as the goldsmith.one day a Muslim came to the market of the children of Qainuqa to buy or repair the gold, but the seller tied the Muslim headscarf so that when she stood hence her rear aurat appeared.
a passing Muslim youth trying to help the Muslim but he was beaten by the Jews of the Qainuqa 'who were in the market. When it came to the Messenger of Allah then what would he do?

if the theory of forgiveness is used, the Apostle will forgive the Jews of the Qainuqa and negotiate with them.

but it turns out that what he is doing is the opposite, he orders all the friends to besiege the Qainuqa people's Quran with the choice of war or they leave Medina in exile.

the siege took place for 15 days, then they chose to get out of Medina in a state of expulsion and should not return to Medina.

enough stories above as an answer for us, why Muslims do not condone the harassment committed against the Koran and their religion, because the prophet who teaches us to forgive the mistakes of others then he also teaches us to * be assertive toreligious penista.*

The key word is; if the abuse and humiliation to him then he will forgive wholeheartedly without being asked.

But if the harassment is in religious matters, then he shows his anger. As if the message to all of us:

  • "If it is an affront to us, then a thousand forgiveness will we give. But if it is an affront to religion, then a thousand lives will be prepared "*
