Still dare to sleep after Sahur / Shubuh? Read this.

In the month of fasting, finished sahur is sleepy because the stomach is filled, but do not go to sleep, sebaab:
when sleeping all the organs in the body will slow down his metabolism, such as the intestines and stomach will be slow in digesting food, consequently the food is not digested properly, the undigested food will be "eat" by bad bacteria.

the number of bad bacteria in the stomach & intestine becomes dominant, where the nature of these bacteria:
anaerobic (poor oxygen), bacterial metabolism is acidic,
Bacteria will produce nitric acid which is VERY ACID,
Nitric acid will increase the acidity of the body,
the degree of acidity of the body will increase drastically burden the body's metabolic system,
Nitric acid is VERY, VERY, and VERY poisonous to your liver!
The liver will work hard against the poison,
White blood cells will be heavily produced to fight the bad bacteria before ....
the body will work hard only to get rid of toxins,
There is a buildup of toxic gas gases in your body due to undigested food to rot in your intestines and stomach,

All that happens just because ..... you go straight to sleep after the meal ....

Conclusion:

sleep after the meal will be contra-indicated against one of the goals of fasting: that is to be healthy,
Sleeping after the meal damages the liver,
Making the presence of bad bacteria in the body so dominant,
Increase PH degree of acidity of body, REMEMBER, if PH your body <4 then CANCER CELL will START GROW,
the state of the body becomes an-aerob (poor oxygen), CANCER CELL WILL GROW RIGHT IN THE MOST ANAEROB BODY CELL,
Remember! Rasulullah SAW never slept after sahur and after prayer shubuh,
try drowsiness opponent with direct ablution and shubuh prayer continues bertadarus, read books, and or exercise .

Di bulan puasa, habis sahur memang ngantuk karena perut terisi, tapi jangan langsung tidur, sebaab:
Ketika tidur semua organ dalam tubuh akan melambat metabolisme nya, seperti usus dan lambung akan lambat dalam mencerna makanan, akibatnya makanan tidak tercerna dengan sempurna, makanan yg tidak tercerna dgn sempurna akan di "makan" oleh bakteri buruk.

Jumlah bakteri buruk di lambung & usus menjadi dominan, dimana sifat bakteri ini:
anaerob (miskin oksigen), hasil metabolisme bakteri bersifat asam,
Bakteri akan menghasilkan zat asam nitrit yang bersifat SANGAT ASAM,
Asam nitrit akan meningkatkan derajat keasaman tubuh,
Derajat keasaman tubuh meningkat drastis akan membebani sistem metabolisme tubuh,
Asam nitrit SANGAT, SANGAT, dan SANGAT beracun untuk liver anda!
Liver akan bekerja keras melawan racun,
Sel darah putih akan gencar diproduksi untuk melawan bakteri jahat tadi....
Tubuh akan bekerja keras hanya utk menghilangkan racun,
Terjadi penumpukan gas racun amonia dalam tubuh anda akibat makanan yang tidak tercerna menjadi busuk dalam usus & lambung anda,

Semua itu terjadi hanya karena .....anda langsung tidur setelah sahur....

Kesimpulan:

Tidur setelah sahur akan berkontra-indikasi terhadap salah satu tujuan puasa: yaitu ingin sehat,
Tidur setelah sahur merusak liver,
Membuat keberadaan bakteri jahat dalam tubuh jadi dominan,
Menambah derajat PH keasaman tubuh, INGAT, jika PH tubuh anda <4 maka SEL KANKER AKAN MULAI TUMBUH,
Keadaan tubuh menjadi an-aerob (miskin oksigen), SEL KANKER AKAN TUMBUH PESAT PADA SEL TUBUH YANG PALING ANAEROB,
Ingat! Rasulullah SAW tidak pernah tidur setelah sahur dan setelah sholat shubuh,
Usahakan lawan kantuk dengan langsung berwudhu dan sholat shubuh dilanjut bertadarus, membaca buku, dan atau berolah raga.
