Bahan:
*250 gram jengkol yang sudah direndam dan direbus sampai empuk.
*daun kunyit 2 lembar
*daun jeruk 2 lembar
*2 batang serai memarkan
*1 buah pekak
*4 sdm kelapa parut sangrai
*1000 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa
Bahan bumbu halus:
*10 siung bawang merah
*6 siung bawang putih
*100gr cabe merah
(kalau mau tambah boleh)
*5 butir kemiri
*1/2 sdt jinten
*1 sdt ketumbar
*1 cm kunyit
*1 cm jahe
*gula secukupnya
*garam secukupnya
Cara membuat:
1.Tumis bumbu halus,daun kunyit,daun jeruk,serai dan pekak hingga harum.
2.Masukkan jengkol,aduk hingga rata.
3.Tuang santan dan tambahkan kelapa parut sangrai,masak dengan api sedang sambil diaduk perlahan hingga mendidih.
4.Tambahkan gula,garam.koreksi rasa
5.kecilkan api,masak sampai jengkol matang,sampai berminyak dan kecoklatan.
