Hibiscus is a shrub of the Malvaceae tribe originating from East Asia and is widely grown as an ornamental plant in the tropics and subtropics. Large flowers, red and odorless. Flowers from various cultivars and hybrids can be either a single flower (a layer of crown of a layer) or flowers double (layered crown) white to yellow, orange to red or pink.
In Sumatra and Malaysia, the hibiscus is called a flower. The flower is designated as Malaysia's national flower on July 28, 1960. The Javanese call it the worawari flower in Aceh of hibiscus flower
