My favorite breakfast ideas

My favorite breakfast ideas that will keep you full till lunch without many calories !

Makes 1 portion, unless otherwise stated!

Greek Yogurt with Strawberries

• 200g Greek yoghurt (total, not the fat reduced one! It’s about 10 g of fat per 200g, I use the one from FAGE)

• about 400-500 g fresh Strawberries, sliced

Oats with Milk

• 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats

• add with low fat milk (1% or 2% fat)

Overnight oats with fruits

Scrambled eggs with vegetables

• 2 eggs, mix them with a spoon, add in a pan (if necessary with oil) and fry them

• take all the veggies you like, for example green beens, bell pepper or carrots and steam or fry them

Wholewheat bread with whatever you like

• 2 slices of wholewheat bread (the darkest you get)

• you can add greek yogurt (quark) with slices tomatoes or cheese or an egg

• if you want you can use a thin slice of butter of course
