A friend is precious but a Bipolar friend is a treasure (@udasfrow)

I am not going to explain to you what is the meaning of Bipolar. Since we all can easily find the definition of this mental ilness at many sites everywhere in the internet.

I just want to share a little experience of mine in dealing with a friend who is blessed by bipolar disorder symptoms. For your information, I knew a person who has been struggling with this mental ilness since he has been diagnosed by a psychiatrist in 2014. He was a great and a successful person in career too.

In my opinion, person with bipolar is special. This is not merely a sickness for him but a blessing as well. Given by God to a special person. A person who can live life livelier than others meaningfully. Bipolar disorder person is always trying to be grateful in life. Which we "as a normal person" sometimes forget to.

I agree, bipolar person are always exaggerated on trivial things. It is normal for him because he has a huge sensitivity. He is very sensitive more than you can imagine. Even your smile or your gaze can be a stressor for him. Which unfortunately can ruin your good relationship if you ignore his mood swings. However, a friend is always precious and priceless including your bipolar disorder friend.

I am grateful to God because he has sent me a bipolar friend who has taught me how to be more grateful than before.
