Iki, my first ice cream bun ...
Alhamdulillah it's a success ... soft and delicious ๐Ÿ˜€

Material:

  1. 3sachet SKM white (sweetened condensed milk)
  2. 200gr sugar / according to taste
  3. 3md cornstarch
  4. 500ml of water
  5. 1sdm sp (the team before the mixer)
  6. 4sachet Pop ice flavor (according to taste)

Step:

  1. SP on the team first, then cool as before until it freezes
  2. Mix SKM, sugar, cornstarch, water into the pan
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth and bubbly / bubbling. Turn off the fire
  4. Move to another container (to cool quickly)
  5. After cold freezer input - + 5 hours until frozen
  6. If it's frozen, remove it with a fork / spoon.
  7. Mix with sp on the team, pop ice flavor and mixer - + 15 until it expands
  8. Copy to container and re-enter the freezer - + 8 hours.

Ice cream is ready to be enjoyed ๐Ÿ˜Š
