Ingredients
250 gr sugar
3 white SKM sockets
2 white milk powder sachets (I use dancow)
4 tbsp cornstarch (dissolved with a little water)
500 ml of water
1 tbsp SP (on the team first)
Perisa food (I use strawberry)
Step
Put water, SKM, Milk Powder (melt with water first), cornstarch, sugar into a pan and cook over medium heat to bubbling, then lift and chill
Put into container and store in frezer for 7-8 hours (until frozen)
Remove from the frezer and then destroy with a fork, then mixer with medium speed until soft material
Put the SP that is already in the team into the dough and then mixer with high speed for 15 minutes (dough will expand to 3 x fold)
For the dough into two parts, one part give perisa food and stir until well blended
Put the dough into a container or glass of ice cream (can be given toping according to taste)
Put it into the frezzer
