Bagian yang menonjol ini berasal dari gerakan pasta gigi akibat tekanan tangan kita.
Hal ini mirip dengan peristiwa di bawah permukaan bumi dimana magma mendapat dorongan kuat ke atas. Dorongan ini berasal dari perut bumi.
