mix mackerel, egg white, tapioca, pepper powder & royco.. stir it evenly then pour a little water until the mixture is well mixed (this mixture is rather soft)
Then pinch the mixture & put it in boiling water
After the dough floats lift & drain

Fried onions
Sambal
Soy sauce
Bengkoang in iris
Ear fungus is sliced
Fresh shrimp
Scallions & celery

Iter2 liters of water

T1sdt of white pepper
⚘1 / 2cm nutmeg
T1sdt of dried shrimp roasted
Uskan Smooth the spices and stir-fry until fragrant, pour water, add dried shrimp & royco to taste ... boil and add the shrimp, ear mushrooms, tekwan ikan, bengkoang, sliced scallions & celery
Let it boil, taste.
Take the bowl, fill in the noodles and pour the sauce, add the sauce, sprinkle with fried onions
Add sweet soy sauce & chili sauce if you like.
