What do you guys think of this new "stamp of approval" launched by ConsenSys (which is a product of the Ethereum organization)? Is this a good thing?
One can wonder what it means for the future of Crypto, as it undermines decentralization but add some quality control to future ICOs.
Consensys might be trying to install itself as a governing body over all ICO interactions. Now if you want to launch an ICO on the Ethereum platform you would need their "stamp of approval" otherwise nobody would see your ICO as trustworthy and nobody would invest.
Could this potentially hurt ETH or will it reinforce it?
