False sell off?

in ether •  8 years ago

If im reading this right and by no means am i an expert but i bout some ether about this same price last night in hopes of exactly this. What i predict is about to happen is if you look at the end of the macd study towards the bottom i think what were seeing is a false sell of and im hoping after the market will rally higher. Time will tell :)Screenshot_20170701-093523.png

Small article but impressive!

Thank you man that means alot this is going to be the kind of content i want to start putting out sadly though im still working full time since my steemit income hasnt started flowing yet lol so i didnt have time to go in depth on why i think what i do but in the future i want to start getting more technical. The compliment means alot for real i think this is only the second post ive made

Really hope you are right @skinnythames

Hi Skinnythames. Yep I'm not in a position to quit my job just yet for a Steem income either ;-)
I've been trading for about 8 years now for a side income and understand your chart graphic. IMHO I belive due to the relatively low market capitalisation of cryptos at the moment (with the exception of Bitcoin) It's very easy for someone with a big chunk of cash to manipulate and profit from pump and dump and dump and pump, making inficators hard to read as they typically reflect normal market forces rather than manipulation.
My two cents!

I love this kind of feedback man in all honesty. Ive been trading for about 1 month. And im trying to learn as much as i can when im not at work id love to learn a few things from you it seems you know what your doing. All though watching the ethereum market on bittrex im quite happy with my predictions so far it seems to be playing out

Well hopefully you have a natural flair for it. That would be really good.
My top advice is investigate look investigate again look again analyse. Only when you're absolutely sure then you place your trade.
Use bollinger bands too. Learn to set your stoplosses at levels that fall outside of average daily spread price so you DONT get them triggered and stop your trade which is destined to go the direction you thought.
I'll try and write a post that contains all my learnings over these 8 years.
Good luck.

If you do im very interested in reading it please tag me in it! The things your talking about is exactly what im trying to learn! And for some reason it comes natural i heavy just observed for about a minth before making a trade. The language and how they move just makes sense. I think analytics and trades is something i could be excellent at

Cool and will do.
Always trade modestly. Never get too sure of a trend in whatever time frame you're using.

Thanks man i really appreciate your advice brother

Ah dude you're welcome. My advice is just my honest opinion from my experience has been. I have to say i wasn't a natural :-) and my'learnings' put me initially 8k down over all in the first years but then started turning around as I self taught, which included listening to advice. Ultimately everybody develops their own little style to how they trade. Oh and only do it if it's fun even the losees that teach you somethig.

Dude im having so much fun!! Its kind of like a gambling addiction accept i actually have ways to predict my bets lol and experience will teach me more then any learning video ever will so i dont take advice lightly thanks bro

I started doing this from freelancing and so I have ups and downs. I think that the trends on this page so far seem to be pretty much on par with writing in the "real" world. It took me a year or two in my career to find that I was making enough. On here at least, I can write about things that I like or things on my mind. Just keep at it, keep posting and networking. I find that social media (sharing on Twitter) and playing with those areas seems to help some on here too. Slow and steady guys. Slow and steady.

That's really top advice. Nice one.
