Most of these transactions are not spam, they are issuing a claimall function to the contract to claim your share(s) of EOS token(s) you have transferred ETH for.

TLDR/Short explanation: When an user clicks the "Get EOS Tokens" button, it will try to send one of these transactions for '0 ETH.'

If you click one of the transaction hashes, you will see this at the bottom:
