my first crypto ... Ethereum

So recently my friend gave me a small amount of ethereum as I was interested in crypto for a long time (I'm new to this :/ ). I just wanted to know if you had any advice from when you all started out. I believe it will rise after the bitcoin fork but as I said I am new :Deth.jpg
