    This is why all "Exchanges" should be regulated. If Coinbase took the money out of the bank then "Coinbase " has to be liable for all amounts owed and earnings lost buy buyers for time lost on funds recieved.

        I'm a part of this, my money was withdrawn from my account yet no BTC. I'm actually quite worried I won't receive a refund or a BTC at that.
