Was it luck?

I started investing in Ethereum yesterday just before the price rose.

Was this luck or did I make an unconscious intelligent decision? I planned to invest for the long haul and I did not expect the Ethereum price to rise so much today.

What do you guys think? Will the price become stable or do you think it will come down again?
