I think the money has to move around the 4 days btc is down and the the only place it's going is into other coins until the wallets are back up and btc is trading again

My bias on ETH is BULL during the weeks to come, Tech. Analysis suggests its in a downwards channel but creating higher lows. Meaning it is gaining upward strength which for me could mean a break in this channel resulting in further momentum to the upside! Some ideas to think about in the weeks to come!
