This CME Group is one of the world's largest derivative exchange operators. This CME Group has paved the way for regulated ethereum futures with the new Pricing Index.

This Chicago-based exchange has announced on Monday. It is taking a step that they will eventually prepare to list ethereum futures for the product.

This standard and its audited pricing data will provide business pairs for ETH as well as daily benchmark prices. It has partnered with the Group of Large Cryptocurrency Exchanges to create ether reference rates and its ether real time index.
