Thanks. Do you think its worth it paying the coinbase fees and is there any other places to get bitcoin without fees?

    Without fees the only way to get bitcoin is through peer-to-peer transactions. Find some friends of yours that would sell you some. Exchanges usually operate through fees. Besides coinbase, bitfinex is also an option. Cheers !
