    No way is Ethereum a security.

    Is this hearing actually happening? I heard it was. Then i heard it was fake news. Now im hearing its on again....

    Regardless. Its not a security in my opinion. Im no expert in Securities...

    But then when did government, US government particularly, act logically, fairly and just...
