Thousands of software engineers farming their daily bread, in a factory massively producing applications claiming to make life easier at the cost of human well-being .
Clearly the human factor suffers in a lot of companies who manage to hook employees through deceitful promises , squeeze ’em dry of every drop of juice. then forsake ’em devoid of youthful creativity, which could’ve brought value to theirlives.Sadly it’s the unavoidable fate of many companies who go down the massive scaling aproach, the ethical masse production becomes a fantasy hard to reach when dealing with a large number of employees.
How is it possible to keep track of human uniqueness when all what matters is numbers at the end of the day ?
Is dehumanizing employees part of the industrialization process , how can we scale business while keeping The human indicators “green”?
In my opinion applying a regular Social network analysis within companies would be a good start, since it enables a near realtime monitoring of the social factor within the workspace. Maybe this would allow us to reach for a more ethical industrialization through Social Big Data to Drive ethical leadership and lead to a healthier and more organic productivity.
