Put the rice in a pot of fire, add water to it with two cups of water per cup of rice, add the five unsweetened spices, and when it begins to boil, cover it and leave until little is left over.
Place a layer of rice in the pot, place a layer of rice in the pot and put a layer of chicken on it, add the broth again, then put a layer of rice again, then a chicken dish, and continue until we have three layers of rice, interspersed with three layers Of chickens.
Add the saffron with a little oil, cover the pot, and leave on the fire until the rice is fully cooked, making sure that the rice and chicken are not crushed.
We bring a large dish or seder after the rice is cooked, and turn the dish containing the biryani in the dish, taking care not to mix chicken with rice, and keep the layers arranged on top of each other, and we can offer the power of green vegetables, Some of the chicken broth.
