The Partner shall be compensated in the amount of $___________________.00

production of the Movie. This full amount shall be reimbursed to the Partner from
the first monies received from the sale of the Movie. Thereafter, Partner, the other
Partners, and Mastermind Alliance Publishing Group shall share all profits in
accordance with their respective profit points.
Additionally, Mr. Marsh grants ____ Percent (__ %) of the net profits as Producer
of Movie to Partner for a period of ten years, commencing from the date the
Movie is sold.
Partner shall receive screen credit in Movie.
Partner and family are invited to attend all premieres, parties and promotional
activities.
Partner shall receive a poster signed by the cast and a DVD of the Movie/Book.
Partner shall not be held responsible for any legal action taken against the
Movie. Mr. Marsh is solely responsible for all aspects of producing Movie.
Partner shall have the right to review Mr. Marsh’ accounting records quarterly
regarding this Partnership.
Any disagreements, of any sort, pursuant to this Partnership shall be resolved by
the binding laws of California arbitration within thirty (30) days.
This agreement may not be assigned, without mutual consent, to any person or
entity. This agreement supersedes and replaces all agreements (oral or written)
between the parties signed below relating to this Partnership Agreement contract
and shall not be modified, except in writing signed by both parties.
This document shall serve as receipt of $___________.00 (_________
Thousand Dollars and No Cents) toward the aforementioned agreement.
