Ewedu (jute leave) Africa soup

It was most recognized soup in part of Nigeria popularly among Yoruba tribe
It a leaf grow around three to four weeks, it commonly found in mud area,also near river/ stream bank .
In Yoruba soup ,ewedu (jute leave)is most enjoyable soup in food like Amala,pounded yam and EBA .the jute leave is a slimly soup at time it raised off the plate when match with solid food
Ewedu is easily made soup with the 50 degree of heat within 30_35 minutes
Firstly place an avoidable pot on the heat stove prepared for cooking, if it two full palm jute leave you can put a full drinking cup of water into the pot,wait for some minutes for the water to warm before put the leaves into the hot water,then after 15 minutes then mash the leave well and put a little locus beans to performed the racsional odor and a cube of Maggie then a little salt and mixed again. the soup is ready.
When time to eat you will put a little chinken stew for better taste
More so it good for solid food.whenever my steemit friend visit Nigeria try to reach Yoruba side and confirmed the soup has is the blessing for my country
