Mental disorder is a symptom of disturbed executive function, not a cause of it

The motor symptoms you could see in Hysteria, or Drapetomania, or when Homosexuality was labelled a mental disorder, were all symptoms of executive dysfunction, not disturbed memetic function. Memetic (mental) disorder is just a symptom of disturbed executive function, that results from executive coercion: coercive government. In the case of Hysteria, lack of female voting rights, in the case of Drapetomania, black people kept as slaves in colonial USA, and in the case of homosexuality, the threat of chemical castration as "punishment" for "sodomy". The only way to "cure" executive disorder, is to remove the disease vector: coercive government.
