I just read an article about a group of astronomers who were disappointed they had to report that a radio signal from deep space they thought was from an intelligent source was not. It was natural. The article discussed the numerous and latest ventures of what we know as SETI through movies and so forth. Search for extra terrestrial intelligence. I was surprised that the effort has really been expanded over the last couple of decades. Lots of telescopic arrays all over the world and grad students and seasoned atronomers. The PREMISE behind this search is that non random sequences of radio signals would indicate that their origin was not natural but rather from an intelligent source. In other words instead of static you hear Wolfman Jack.

Here's the question that NEVER gets asked. If you were recording signals from outer space on a tape and noted that the sequence of signals was a long sequence of coded symbols in the form of musical notes, that when compared to the sequence of amino acids in a gene that coded for blue eyes in the human genome, what would you conclude? We have evidence of extra terrestrial life, in other words a living God, in every cell in every living thing on earth.
