EXTRAORDINARY TRIO

Good morning my beloved brothers and friends, God continue to bless you. Today I want to talk to you about a trio of extraordinary verbs or words. This trio of words has to do with prayer and the means to get what you need. Our Lord Jesus Christ teaches us in this passage that, to live according to his Word, we cannot do it by our own strength, but we need the wisdom and the power that comes from above. This reflection I have entitled "THE EXTRAORDINARY TRIO", we are reading Matthew 7: 7-11.
7 Ask, and it will be given you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.
8 For everyone who asks receives; and he who seeks finds; and to the one who calls, it will be opened.
9 What man is there of you who, if his son asks him for bread, will give him a stone?
10 Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a snake?
11 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him?
We see that our Savior makes a call to this "EXTRAORDINARY TRIO":
ASK, SEARCH AND CALL: THE EXTRAORDINARY TRIO.
The first Extraordinary word is: Ask: When you and I ask, it is usually because we do not have and need that. Children ask their parents for food or clothing. Prayer is the means for you to ask your Heavenly Father. Here we have an invitation to ask, recognizing that with your strength you cannot go far and you need your beloved Father.
Knowing that you have a Father who is willing to give you, not lend you, not sell you; but to give you, it is something wonderful. It is not a blank check, that everything you ask for you will receive. But if you ask in faith, according to His will, with a clean heart and not to spend on your delights, He promises to give you. Give you what you are asking for. Our Father wants to create in you a man or a woman for his honor and glory, and he will give you everything you need to make that happen, even if you sometimes see otherwise. If you go through trials and difficulties, He will give you peace and grace, but you must be willing to learn from that situation. So the one who asks receives. It is a request that must be constant, persevering. Rest assured that you will receive the best for you from the Lord, his answer will always be present.
The second Extraordinary word: seek, many times by your conduct and actions you will see God withdrawn from you, far away. Sin breaks your fellowship with Him and you will turn away from that loving Father. So, that search must be constant, and the Word is clear: if you search, you will find. You will find his presence. He is not lost, you just have to search for him with a willing and humbled heart and you will find him. Knowing that you have access to the Celestial throne, knowing that you can look for God and find him. Isn't that wonderful? Isn't this awesome? Think, God is above any ruler, above the richest person in the world, he is above everything; and yet it is at your disposal. If you look for it, you will find it, the passage suggests a constant search. Prayer is the means to be able to connect with that Eternal and Great Father. So look for him and you will find him.
The third Extraordinary word that He invites us to do, our Savior Jesus Christ is: Call. People who believe they are important do not receive a phone call, they generally have a filter for others to attend. So, we can see that people with a certain degree of power and authority believe themselves superior (generally) and do not allow people to get close to them. My brothers, God's line is never busy, He will always be ready to answer that call. If you call him, he will open the door and you can have a personal conversation with him. What more do you want brother? God puts everything at our disposal, only that we abandon him and put him aside. We are the ones who walk away, we are the ones who break that relationship. We believe that we are very busy people, that He can wait. Today is the time to reconsider and give God the importance that He deserves. You must strive to execute the request, the search and the constant call to God, He will not disappoint you. It will always be there. When you internalize this Word that the Lord is giving you today, you will see that it is a powerful, wonderful Word.
The next verse, 8 For everyone who asks receives; and he who seeks finds; and to the one who calls, it will be opened. Ratify that great blessing. Wow, how great. What a great blessing. He who asks: receives, he who seeks: finds and to the one who knocks: it will be opened.
Our Lord exemplifies this divine with the human, so that you understand. You have a loving Father, the most important person in the entire universe. He will never fail you, he will never leave you, let's look at the following verses: 9 What man is there of you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? 10 Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a snake? 11 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him?
They don't seem like wonderful words. If you humanly want the best for your child, if he asks you for food, you are willing to give him what is yours. There are mothers and fathers who prefer that their children eat well, even if they have to go hungry. The more our heavenly Father.
A few months ago one of my sons had his shoes already worn out and he had no others, my wife tells me that our son needs a pair of shoes. Brothers, the situation is very difficult, but I began to pray and see how I could satisfy that need for my son, after a while God provided, and most surprisingly, he also provided for the other son, for my wife and for me. So we already have shoes. My brothers, if, being a man, I try to give the best to my children; I ask you how much more our Heavenly Father? God desires a close and personal relationship with each one, we have here one of the means, such as prayer. Approach Him, cry out, seek Him, call Him, "THE EXTRAORDINARY TRIO." No matter how complicated your problem and situation is, God will be there. It will help you resolve that situation in blessing. You have the most important in the whole universe, who deserves all the honor, glory and honor. I invite you to strengthen that personal relationship with our Heavenly Father. It will give you the best for your life. Think about what prevents you from looking for him and get away from that, review your life and decide to apply these three extraordinary words in your life constantly. There will be our savior waiting for you.
