I stood on the scale this morning and it said 121,1kg! (started from 124kg).

I still can't believe it, I am properly working my way toward <120 kg.

Intermittent fasting is going so well. It's become easy even.

Sometimes I even fast longer than the 16 hours. (Normally I fast from 20:00 till 12:00 the next day). But when I'm not hungry at 12:00 I just leave it for another couple of hours knowing my body is burning fat.

I have eaten pizza, burgers and other junk food within my fast.

I also had beers and wine.

I never feel like I'm missing out.

Most of the time I do eat healthy (your standard home cooking) but I have always done that and I also go to the gym 4-5 times a week.

I have more stamina in the gym (cardio) and I've become stronger.

I started at 124kg and I almost lost 3 kg this month.

As you can imagine I'm very happy so far!

Its amazing how your body begins to respond to eating less often. It actually focuses more on burning that energy than storing it away all the time. I honestly think the advice of eating three times a day is BAD advice for people trying to lose weight because we often overeat and make poor food choices to begin with.

For a very long time I was only eating one main meal a day with intermittent snacking and I have been relatively thin for most of my life. Skipping breakfast, and having only coffee, is my secret

Awesome! Congrats on the accomplishment. I have a feeling that age and genetics are definitely in your favor. I know a lot of people that still plateau and struggle despite trying different things that work great for other people. Best of luck on your future goals!

I have been trying to shift my weight for a long time with exercise but I always stayed around 125kg... Now it's dropping almost effortless with fasting. I might hit a plateau at some point but for now, it's going alright.

I'm 6"6. I don't think I am overweight, I am bit chubbyish. Mainly gut and tits :)

Great! You should do some aerobical exercises as running for instance πŸ˜‰.
Well done man!

I tried running, but I'm not built for it. I stomp around like an elephant and it hurts my knees. I do like low impact exercises like biking, swimming or cross-trainer. I'm very good at doing something at a constant pace for a long time.

Lately, I'm also doing HIT training to mix it up. It kills me, but it's fun.

I told a while back about intermittent fasting, I'm glad you finally tried it and even enjoy it :)

Should have done it ages ago.

what helps me to come down from 114 kg to now 92 kg is not to eat after 6pm. and start morning with fruits only. And of course my body must move during the daytime. I know how you feel, wish you good power on the long run. My food was before chips, fastfood and coke and all that sugar foods.... Greetings

Gratz @exyle !!!
