Fabulous Friday Fun

It's another Fabulous Friday, the gateway to another wonderful weekend. Fridays are one of those days that are bittersweet. In the beginning, Fridays are chalked full of duties, chores, and getting up early; however, by the time quitting time rolls around Fridays are preparing for the weekend fun! We are no different here at the Steem Terminal.

There are many of us on the blockchain who enjoy the outdoors. My husband and I love to drive across county lines and see just how many counties we can cross off a map in one trip. For us, this means we are camping a lot. You will find many travelers here using the tags @travelfeed, @steemitworldmap, and @photofeed to show off the amazing places they are camping, hiking, and exploring. Are you a traveler? Adventurer? Explorer?

For others the weekend is all about spending time with the little ones in their lives. I know that @wesphilbin is busy with his grandchildren playing, coloring, and watching cartoons. The weekends seem to be times that parents are dashing about with their children to visit parks, movies, and other activities. Here on the blockchain you will find groups like @steemitmamas showing off their adventures with their little ones. So much fun to be had. What are some of the activities you do with your family on the weekends?

What about those fuzzybutt babies many Steemians have? I know that @brittandjosie has a houseful of beautiful dogs that she spends lots of time grooming, walking, and playing with on the weekends. One of the things I love about the Steemisphere is that people love to share about their pets. You will find tags for #dogsofsteemit and #caturday for posts about pets. Do you have any pets? What kind? Was there a special reason for naming them the way you did?

Of course, often you will find many of us in the Steem Terminal online in Discord or here within the blockchain, much like @thekittygirl. This gal is so busy and active in the Steemisphere that everyone knows of her. She, like many others, are busy writing daily posts and encouraging hundreds of others. Here you will find travel, family memories, stories of well-loved pets, and a wide range of topics. What are some of your favorite topics to read and write about here on the blockchain?

In the end, the weekend is only what we make of it. Will you take the time to get outside of your comfort zone and do something adventurous? Instead, would you stay in your jammies and curl up with a good book only venturing no farther than your fridge for a tasty treat? How will you spend your weekend? Better to ask you, how will you find yourself passing through the gateway called Friday to prepare for that special time we call weekend?
