  • Combining data from govt census findings and adding in information obtained from satellites Facebook is figuring out how to take the Internet to every corner of the world.

  • The company has created a data map of the human population of 23 countries "to know the population distribution' of Earth and to figure out "the best connectivity technologies" in different locales.
