Facebook is now after spammers who publish multiple posts a day and/or share links! 🚨 🚨 🚨
Facebook won't suspend your account, but they will begin demoting your posts so your content becomes buried in other people's News Feed (i.e. you won't get any engagement or eyeballs on your posts). 🙈
I've said it before and I'll say it again...If you're posting more than 3 times a day, you are not doing yourself any favors. More than 3 posts in a single day, you've officially crossed into spamming territory and now Facebook will penalize you for it. 👊💥
Spend less time posting and more time creating connections.
