Hmm...if uttering the word got the man fired, I wonder what read in the notice of termination he got from his employer? The n-word perhaps? If that is the case, shouldn't that be grounds for termination of the employment of those who signed the termination notice? If not, should the fired security guard not have the right to have the specific word on record, the use of which got him fired?
