To "foster adherence to religious neutrality" as a matter of “communication, identification and safety.”
Details?
anyone providing or receiving public services must do so with their face uncovered, unless a cover is needed because of "working conditions or task-related requirements."
Amendments
When the Bill 62 was first introduced, it only applied to provincial services.
Now it expanded to municipal services as well.
