Bible teaching: "If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith"

Living the spiritual gift of prophecy is one of the Christian duties that must be exercised as explained in the epistle to the Romans: "If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith", Romans 12:6. In the Christian faith, prophecy is always subordinate to the love of Charity: "If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.", 1 Corinthians 13:2.
The spiritual gift of prophecy is related to the "reading of thoughts." "Read God's thoughts" to correct, teach, inform, and warn about the unseen of providence and the future: "If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God." 1 Peter 4:11.
The cases of reading of thoughts are frequent in the Bible, these phenomena often occur in dreams: the wise men receive in dreams the warning that King Herod wants to kill the child Jesus (Matthew 2:12); Joseph the father of Jesus receives the news in his dreams that he must go with his family to live in Egypt (Matthew 2:13).
Those who live according to the flesh cannot understand that the gift of prophecy is one of the greatest mysteries of the Kingdom of God, that is why this gift must be accepted with humility of heart, with the poverty of spirit: "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven", Matthew 5:3

According to the bible a prophecy can be presented in two ways, or in a direct way, where the answer solves a direct question, such as in the case of Jesus and the prostitute (John 8:1-7), to Jesus is presented with the application of Moses' law and he solves with the gift of advice, he solves as God in person what is presented to his judgment.
Or also the prophecy can be presented in two parts, one symbolic given by the seer and the other part by the person with the gift to interpret the symbols of clairvoyance, this case we see it with Pharaoh and Joseph in Genesis 41, Jose interprets the pharaoh dreams.
