Flipping websites may be a daunting task, but once you have a good hosting provider that allows for unlimited websites, all you really have to do is research for in-demand topics/niches, install WordPress, link it to the domain name you researched and purchased, customize the website with your automated content scrapper and theme, and list it onto Flippa. You can create multiple websites in one day and flip them all for $100 or more! Every website you create should sell with the tips given throughout this tutorial, along with proper research, and a decent domain name. Essentially, after a couple of months of repeating this method, you can easily achieve over $5000 every month.

This business is also relatively semi-passive. Just create it and upload your listing(s) and watch the money roll in while you’re busy with something else! There is lots of room for growth with these websites and you do not have to sell them all immediately after you create them. For example, if you wanted to fetch higher bidding prices, you should learn how to drive traffic and make sales on your sites. There are several strategies for this such as Fiverr, social media traffic, and Google Adwords. All of which can drive substantial traffic to your sites. You can then sell these sites for around $500 each or more, especially if you start getting sales!

In the end, with a small upfront investment, you can begin to have an extra and a rather substantial source of income. Eventually, you may come to the point where you become tired of or don’t have the time to create and list your automated sites. If you can train someone to create the websites for you and list it for you on Flippa through a freelance site such as Upwork.com, you can pay them a flat or percent amount, pocket the rest, and have an almost purely passive income machine!

But what if you don’t have any money whatsoever to invest into starting this business? You can always start off small with a smaller hosting plan or by using free automatic content scrappers and WordPress themes, but I recommend to at least have $100 to start this business, of which you will make back within the first website you sell.
