Caleb had a Cubscout event on Friday at the Perot Museum in Dallas, TX. I wanted to show you a few of the things that he got to do while there.
In this photo he was in front of a huge projector that showed a bird on the screen. When he flaps his arms, so does the bird on the screen. It goes with his every movement.
Below is the earthquake simulation. The boys were standing on this metal plate that shook to the amount of force from an earthquake. The photo is very blurry because he was shaking so hard.
Here's a fun fact for you...
Did you know you ate that many bugs (on average) each year? I didn't either. I'm completely repulsed.
Caleb loved playing with the steam tornado. I'll admit, I stuck my hand in there a few times too. :)
Do you want to smell a skunk? We did!!
Just about everything in the museum was very hands on for the kids
We had a fantastic time and even though we had already visited this museum once before, we were happily surprised to see new exhibits.
Well, that's all I have for today, until next time, take care!
