One of the most important "tools" a homesteader and prepper can have is proper hands-free lighting.

You never know when power can go out leaving you stuck like chuck in the dark.

For this cause even the youngest ones need to learn:

  • where they are stored
  • how to put them on their heads correctly
  • and how to turn them on.

Well, 2 out of 3 ain't bad....

Here in My Area, Power doesn't shutdown. If they shut the power they will Inform you first. So its not a problem here.

Hey, you get a son to flank each side and you got some good lighting going on. Brilliant!

The kids are flesh bumpers. Put them on either side of you. They'll alert you of approaching zombies or other dangers. If one of your kids disappear from one side, run in the opposite direction.

Yyyeahh.... it is better to prepare instead of having to rely on a flashlight stuck in your mouth.

Not that flashlights taste bad.. ;)
