Hola a todos, por fin la gran noche tan esperada, esa noche en donde depositamos todos los recuerdos de una año que paso, por supuesto tanto en las cosas buenas y bueno algunas malas también,
pero lo importante amigos míos, que al ser una noche especial que mejor que disfrutarla, de la mejor manera, como, estar unidos con la familia y en armonía, con esa paz, que caracteriza en los buenos momentos, momentos que quedaran en el recuerdo y quizás alguna ves resurjan con la nostalgia, al mirar las fotos de ese momento vivido que quedara congelada en el tiempo, por tal motivo esta presentación, de la mesa como verán en la cual compartiremos la cena tan esperada.
Bueno y demás esta decirles, que el asador muy atento a lo suyo, no es para vanagloriarme, pero pero a este asado no es como los anteriores, por el solo hecho de que comencé con el mismo horas, 18.00 para cenar horas. 22.00, por supuesto que para eso hay que estar muy atento, por el tema del carbón, un poco de mas y la carne se pasa.
En este caso la carne propiamente dicha se trata de chinchulín, morcilla, chorizo casero de cerdo, molleja, pata y muslo de pollo, carre de carne de cerdo y medio vacío, carne de res, como dije mucho control para que todo esto saliera muy bien.
Como toda cena considerada muy especial, siempre esta la mesa, en donde colocamos todos lo que vamos a degustar, excepto el asado, bueno es comida caliente.
En dicha mesa tenemos, ensalada de arroz con ananá o piña, pasa de uva y queso, ensalada de mango, con palmito y cebolla morada, lengua de carne de res, con salsa vitel tone, arroz blanco, ensalada rusa con cebolla de verdeo y sin cebolla de verdeo, las mismas contienen, papa, huevo, cebolla y mayonesa, ensalada de poroto blanco, chipa guazú, elaborada con harina de maíz y pancitos de manteca, para el vitel tone.
Así que de esta manera despedimos el 2022, como dije unidos en armonía, perseverancia y con mucho amor de familia unida, que en lo personal eso es lo mas importante en mi caso como padre de familia, bueno nos falto una hija, su esposa y dos nietos, que por la distancia, no pudieron estar presente.
Pero bueno sabemos que la distancia no es obstáculo, para cuando la familia es unida, teniendo en cuenta que ahora con la tecnología del presente es como que estamos todos juntos, por supuesto en un video llamado.
