Thanks @believers. Me too. My dad would take me with him to do odd jobs at people’s homes when I was little. Fixing copper pipes, replacing toilets, all kinds of stuff. Now I am able to take care of almost any issue that come up with our house. Having patients with them as they learn is key. Encourage them to try a new tool and teach them the safe ways to use them.

I think it is great you have your kids up there helping. I encourage my children to help me out on my projects too, or at least include them at some level. After all, for millennium, that is how children learned everything, by working alongside and watching their parents.
