Our family courts are failing to dispense Justice, in an effort to speed the process!

It is disturbing to watch the inclusion of French law (guilty until proven innocent) being used in family court situations! One mad ex, willing to commit perjury, and innocent people suffer, since they are presumed guilty! If they manage to prove the perjury, NOTHING is done about that actual crime! This is illegal, and immoral, and most important...it is Un-Constitutional! We see numerous cases, where an ex, with an agenda to cause harm, fueled by pain and hate; Lies about another, and is never called on that lie! The innocent are punished, and the guilty go free. This MUST change!
